It's been nearly two years since the last visit from Couchgrass to our radio show. Well, it took them quite some time to complete their second album King Camden Took A Brush And Drowned His Hair in Gasoline. If it was the songwriting that needed most attention or the quest for an adequate album title, is up the listener. First impressions show a band that has become more mature, more experienced and is aiming for a more diverse sound on their new album.

Not many local bands choose a venue as big as the Rockhal for a CD release party. Already their debut was presented years ago at the unlike folk music club Sang a Klang, therefore it's just logical that they again chose a real location instead of relying on shitty pub show sound conditions.
